Notes: Semi-woody plant that looks very similar to Mimosa pigra. Slightly larger leaflets. Leaves are rounded and more dark than Mimosa pigra, often with a dark purple band running latitudinally along each leaflet. ""Stolons"" connecting branches are hollow with tufts of fine roots coming from the nodes.
