Description: |
Shrub or small tree with a rounded crown. Leaves narrowly ovate, bright green, hairless, often somewhat drooping. Flowers axillary, solitary or in very lax few-flowered racemes, white, sweetly scented. Fruit crowned with the persistent style and almost enveloped by the enlarged calyx, red when ripe. |
