Description: |
Annual or sometimes perennial herb. Stems up to 30 cm, mostly prostrate with a long tap root. Leaves alternate, narrowly oblanceolate to elliptic, glaucous with a prominent midrib; margins subentire to irregularly crenate. Flowers in terminal or axillary clusters on the leafy branches, greenish-white. Fruit ovoid, enclosed in the persistent perianth. |
