Description: |
Erect or ascending annual herb, sometimes slightly woody at the base. Stems with short crisped and long straight spreading hairs. Leaves paripinnate, 4–5.5 cm long with a single, sessile, elliptic to circular gland on the petiole just below the first pair of leaflets; rhachis channelled above, ciliate on the channel margins and hairy beneath. Leaflets in 9–19 pairs, narrowly oblong-ovate, 4–14 mm long, almost straight, asymmetric at the base, sparsely hairy above, more densely so beneath, venation very prominent beneath; margins ciliate; stipules narrowly falcate-triangular, 9–14.5 mm long, apex long pointed, base strongly asymmetric, with one side rounded to cordate and decurrent, venation very prominent; margins ciliate. Inflorescences supra-axillary, 2–3-flowered on pedicels 1–2 cm long, spreading hairy. Sepals narrowly ovate, 5–9 mm long, hairy outside. Petals broadly obovate to elliptic, 4–10 mm long, yellow. Stamens 10. Pods 3.5–4 cm long, sparsely hairy. |
