Description: |
Shrubby perennial aromatic herb up to 0.6 m tall, with conspicuous glad-dots on all parts.Leaves simple, alternate, linear, 8-32 mm long, bluntly rounded at the apex; margin entire or 3-5-fid.; petiole 0-8 mm long. Inflorescences in axillary and terminal racemes or panicles. Flowers bisexual, 4-merous, yellowish but often deep purple when still in bud.Fruit somewhat compressed, distinctly 2-lobed, 8-11 mm long, leathery, gland-dotted. |
