Description: |
Erect or decumbent, small perennial shrublet, up to 35 cm tall. Stems hairless or shortly hairy, 4-angled or narrowly 4-winged towards the top. Leaves opposite, sessile, oblong to lanceolate, up to 25 mm long, blue-green, single-veined from the cordate base; apex more or less blunt. Flowers in 1-3-flowered clusters, 6-merous. Calyx 4-6 mm long, cup-shaped; appendages very short or absent. Petals 4-6 mm long, white rose, salmon, orange or red. Stamens 12. Style greatly exceeding the stamens. |
