Description: |
Twining annual herb. Stems several, up to 85 cm long covered in long, appressed silky hairs. Leaves ovate-oblong, cordate at the base, more or less pilose with brown or whitish hairs. Flowers in dense, hairy capitate clusters, supported by bract-like leaves. Corolla funnel-shaped, deep blue with a white centre, c. 1 cm, slightly 5-lobed. Capsule spherical, glabrous, straw-coloured. |
