Description: |
Shrubby perennial herb, 10-100 cm tall. Leaves opposite, lanceolate, ovate or elliptic, 1-6 cm, largest leaves lower on the plant, green above, paler below, hairless to shortly hairy, particularly on the margin near the petiole, sometimes notched at the apex; margin entire; petiole up to 5 mm long. Flowers singly or in few-flowered clusters in the upper leaf axils. Corolla 2-lipped, yellow, sometimes with reddish veins in the throat; lower lip 3-lobed, up to 11 × 15.5 mm. Capsule up to 15 × 5 mm, pointed, hairless to shortly hairy. |
