Erect perennial herb, up to 40 cm tall. Stems simple or branched, purplish. Leaves alternate, linear-oblanceolate, up to 7 × 0.3cm; margins entire or slightly toothed, often rolled under. Capitula solitary at the ends or in the forks of branches, up to 1.5 cm in diameter, bright yellow. Involucral bracts c. 5-seriate; outer short, ovate, inner up to 9 mm long, linear. Ligules on ray-florets narrowly oblong, very shortly 3-dentate at the apex. |
