Description: |
Annual; stem abbreviated to a basal disc. Leaves crowded in a basal rosette, delicate, thin, extended into a long bristle-like tip. Scapes up to 20, 7-25 cm high, 4─6-ribbed; sheaths inflated, usually a little shorter than the leaves. Capitulum hemispherical, 3─7 mm wide, pale buff or grey. |
