Much branched annual or perennial herb; stems to 60 cm long. Leaves linear-lanceolate to ovate, hairless to sparsely hairy; petiole indistinct. Racemes axillary and terminal with relatively few (2-4) flowers. Peduncles 1-4 cm long; bracts and bracteoles linear-subulate, hairless. Pedicels 3-10 mm long, densely pubescent, sharply reflexed in the fruiting stage. Calyx lobes subequal, linear-subulate. Corolla 15-16 mm long, more or less 2-lipped, white with mauve markings on the lower lip. Capsule 12-20 × 3-4 mm, pendulous, hairless. |
