| Description: |
Shrub or small tree. Leaves on short lateral twigs, narrowly to broadly elliptic or obovate, small, usually c. 3 × 2 cm, dark green to grey-green above, densely velvety below, 3-6 pairs of lateral veins indented above, prominent below; margin entire, rolled under. Flowers creamy white to pale yellow, in dense, axillary and terminal spikes. Fruit c. 20 mm in diameter, 4-winged, rich reddish brown, in the centre with golden-brown wings. |
