Description: |
Shrub up to 1.7 m tall. Stems densely appressed silvery-pubescent. Leaves 3-10 cm long; leaflets with 3-8 pairs, alternate or opposite, oblong to linear-oblong, ± glabrous on the upper surface, silvery-pubescent beneath. Racemes short, 3-6-flowered. Corolla bright red or scarlet; standard 25-30 mm long; wings 6-8 mm, obtuse at the apex. Pod up to 5 × 2.5 cm, oblong to falcate, inflated, membranous, indehiscent, 8-12-seeded. |
